1.What is your terms of payment?
TT 30% deposit in advance production, TT balance 70% before loading container.
2.How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30-40 days after receiving your advance payment.

3. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample , but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.
The charge will be returned to you when the mass order placed.
4.What's the warranty of your products?
We guarantee that our products will be free from material or process defects for one year from the date of purchase.The battery warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to vulnerable parts such as tires, brake pads, and lighting fixtures. Defects caused by tempering, modification, and/or repair are not covered by this warranty.
